We have placed this page on the website to show some of the improvements that have been done to maintain the value of our community. The EBHA Board of Directors and Tyco Management have been frugal with spending and at the same time have done what is necessary for the good of all.
The fence and brick on Crystal Creek Court was starting to tilt and was becoming a safety hazard. The board voted to remedy the situation; please see the before and after photo. The upgrade not only fixed the problem but added value to the Encore Bonita community.

3. The old termite infested perimeter fence was torn down and replaced with a new metal fence. We took this opportunity to expand with more usable area and therefore add more value to our community.

This old fence was termite infested, broken, much graffiti painted over, hiding place for illegal activities, and an eye sore.
This new metal fence expanded our usable area and visibility.
The City of Chula Vista removed all the trees and bushes and revealed a wall/fence in need of repairs/replacement and paint.
In order to maintain the value of our homes in our community, the HOA voted to repair and paint the wall/fence on H Street.
